5 INGREDIENT CHOCOLATE CHIP ENERGY BITES

These bites are so easy to make and very delicious. They can be made ahead of time and are perfect before a morning workout or an, afternoon pick me up snack.

Ingredients:
2/3 Cup of creamy peanut butter
1/2 Cup chocolate chips
1 Cup rolled old-fashioned oats switch to gluten-free for conversion
1/4 Cup ground flax seeds
1/3 Cup honey or maple syrup
*Optional 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Instructions:
Mix all the ingredients into a bowl - placed in refrigerator for 15 minutes - begin rolling them into 1 inch round bites squeezing them in your palm first then shape them into a ball.

*Note: Can stay in refrigerator for up to two weeks.



2 INGREDIENT PANCAKES

1 Ripe Banana (mashed)
2 beaten eggs
* pinch of salt , cinnamon & 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract ( all optional )

Instructions:
In a small bowl mix together all the ingredients till well combined .
Add 1 tsp. coconut oil over med high heat in a small skillet. Sautee the pancake batter for 1 to 2 minutes on each side . Serve with maple syrup, sliced banana and chopped walnuts .
* for extra protein add 1 tsp. of nut butter to the batter as well.. Enjoy!
