Bruce Power is pleased to announce a partnership with Nordion to increase the production of cobalt-60, a medical isotope used globally to sterilize medical equipment and fight cancer.

This was announced during a University Health Network tour with MPP Natalia Kusendova and PA Jess Dixon where we learned about innovative patient applications in nuclear medicine.
