Jay, KI7VDQ, has a question on the edge of the 20m band. If we're using USB on a low frequency like 14.225MHz, could the signal spill below 14.225MHz? Second question asks if the band edge rule applies to spilling different license class privileges or only to the very end of the bands for a transmission?
