Our home is falling apart! It took 21 days of unanswered calls and emails for Grand Design customer service to schedule a repair date. Our 3rd Grand Design 5th wheel and our first to have a major problem. We feel let down by the "superior" customer service everyone raves about. We will be without our home for an undetermined amount of time and there is a lot of unknowns if we will continue this full time rv adventure.
