I substituted Dukes mayo for the Miracle Whip,
reduced the amount of sugar and added more vegetables.

* Something I forgot to mention in the video, I cooked the macaroni
in my Instant Pot with a little Vinegar, sugar and salt in the water to flavor everything.

The recipe follows:
Amish Macaroni Salad
1 lb. Macaroni (Your choice, I used Cavatappi)
1 Stalk Celery - Chopped
1/2 Carrot Chopped
1/2 Onion - Grated
1 Small green bell pepper - Chopped
1 Cup Cucumbers - Cubed
1 Cup Cherry Tomatoes Halved
1 Cup black olives Sliced

6 Hard boiled eggs - Sliced

Dressing
-----------
2 Cups Dukes Mayonnaise
1/4 Cup vinegar
1/2 Cup sugar
2 tbsp. Spicy brown mustard
1 Pinch salt or to taste
