Lee Soo-man, founder of SM Entertainment and former executive producer, owns a lot of real estate in the United States, especially in Los Angeles.

In addition to the SM Building in Koreatown, which we toured last week, he also owns a Temecula winery, a Beverly Hills mansion, and a private residence in LA.
