The Asics Superblast and Adidas Boston 12 are two of our favourite shoes at the moment, with both being versatile daily trainers with enjoyable rides. They have quite different designs though, with the Superblast having a very high stack of bouncy foam and no plate or other tech in the midsole, while the Boston 12 has Adidas’s glass fibre-infused energy rods in its midsole to provide some extra pop.
