This is (well, was) a high-end gaming PC at one point. The parts were sent in by a viewer during one of our fan mail streams -- sent by Kari (spelling?) -- and we're going to scrub them all down and restore the system back to its former glory. This PC uses dual GTX 560 Tis with water blocks (the blocks were probably more expensive than the cards!), an Intel Core 2 Extreme QX6850, some Ballistix RAM, and waterblocks on the chipset. The motherboard is the ASUS Striker II Extreme. If you're looking for how to build a gaming PC, well, this video isn't it -- we're mostly using tooth brushes for this process.
