In this video we will make a chocolate lava cake, which is also called chocolate coulant, molten chocolate cake, volcano cake or simply lava cake.
The chocolate lava cake can be made in minutes and needs the following ingredients:

115 g / 4 oz dark chocolate
20 g / 1.4 tablespoons unsalted butter
20 g / 1.6 tablespoons sugar
2 room temperature eggs
20 g / 2.5 tablespoons all-purpose-flour
A pinch of salt
And a bit of butter and powdered sugar for preparing the ramekins.
