Ingredients: (mold diameter 22 cm)
Flour - 250 g / 1.5 cups
Baking powder -1 tsp
Butter (cold) - 100g / 3.5oz
Egg - 1 piece
Salt - a pinch
Sugar - 4 tbsp
Sour cream / yogurt - 2 tbsp

Stuffing:
Apples 3 - 4 pcs
Eggs - 2 pcs
Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp
Sugar - 4 tbsp
Corn starch - 2 tbsp
Sour cream - 250 g / 8.8 oz.
Almond flakes optional

Bake at 180°C (356~°F) 50 minutes
