How to use "Ask my accountant" as a bookkeeper using QuickBooks Online. The main benefit to using Ask My Accountant in QuickBooks is that you’re able to reconcile the bank transactions without having them perfectly sorted. You can organize your questions and flag transactions with the goal of correctly categorizing everything. I go into QuickBooks Online to show you how to create Ask My Accountant and subaccounts, how to put things into that account, and how to send a list to your bookkeeping client.
