Panic attacks may come and go relatively quickly, but they are intense and exhausting. When you overcome panic attacks, you get your life back.

In this video I'll talk about what causes panic attacks, panic attack symptoms, why the very term 'panic attacks' is really a misnomer, and 7 steps to stop a panic attack.
