This unit mounts directly to the compressor housing of your turbocharger...It gets very hot in this location. The Hydrogrow Design unit utilizes Viton O-rings, these are designed for use in HIGH HEAT and use with CHEMICALS such as oil, fuel etc. These won't fail and leak boost in between the two mating surfaces which will cause REDUCED POWER/POOR PERFORMANCE & CHECK ENGINE LIGHT nightmares.
