Hot water 250 ml.
Salt 1 teaspoon
Flour 350 g
Butter 40 g
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Flour 2 tbsp (for rolling the balls) + cornstarch 1 tbsp stir.
Green onions (for stuffing)
