Carol Ott, a 45-year-old mother of two, spends her days documenting every abandoned property she can find in Baltimore. She posts photos along with landlords' names and addresses on her blog, Baltimore Slumlord Watch. We spent a day with her in West Baltimore as she walked the streets in search of vacants.
