📌 Recipe 1 (00:00)

500 grams of potatoes.
1 onion.
Grate on a fine grater.
30 grams of cheese.
500 ml milk.
Dill.
3 eggs.
Salt to taste.
190 grams of wheat flour.
3 tablespoons oil.
Fry over low heat under the lid until done.

2 potatoes.
Grate the potatoes.
Squeeze the excess liquid out of the potatoes.
Green onion.
2 eggs.
Spices to taste.
Whisk eggs with spices thoroughly.
Add the eggs to the potatoes.
Mix.
Add 15-20 ml olive oil to the heated pan.
Add potatoes to the pan.
Fry over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Turn over with a plate.
Add an egg.
Fry under the lid for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with onions.
