Today I will show you how to decoupage fabric onto clear glass plates for a very simple and cute Holiday cookie plate for my friends and family. I will be using dishwasher safe Mod Podge and it takes 28 days to cure. After the cure time these will be dishwasher safe on the top rack. These treat plates are very fast to make and very easy.
