Ayatul Kursi, Last 2 verses of baqarah and Surah Falaq & Nas:

Narrated Abdullah ibn Khubayb (may Allaah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Recite Qul Huwallahu Ahad (Surah Ikhlas) and Al-Mu'awwadhatain (Surah Al-Falaq And Surah An-Nas) in the evening and in the morning, three times, and that will suffice you against everything (from all evils). (Abu Dawood)

Aisha: During the Prophet's fatal illness, he used to recite the Mu'auwidhat (Surat An-Nas and Surat Al- Falaq) and then blow his breath over his body. When his illness was aggravated, I used to recite those two Suras and blow my breath over him and make him rub his body with his own hand for its blessings." (Ma`mar asked Az-Zuhri: How did the Prophet (ﷺ) use to blow? Az-Zuhri said: He used to blow on his hands and then passed them over his face.)

Ayatul Kursi Prayer for protection before bed:
Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, entrusted me to protect the charity of Ramadan. Someone came to me and began taking from the food. I took hold of him and I said, “I will certainly take you to the Messenger of Allah!” Abu Huraira told the story to the Prophet and he said, “The man told me that when I go to bed, I should recite the verse of the throne. Allah would appoint a protector with me and no devil would come near to me until morning.” The Prophet said, “He told you the truth, although he is a liar. That was Satan.”

Ubayy ibn Ka’b reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “O Abu Mundhir, do you know which verse in the book of Allah with you is greatest?” I recited the verse of the throne, “Allah, there is no God but him, the Living, the Sustainer,” (2:255). The Prophet struck me on the chest and he said, “By Allah, Abu Mundhir, rejoice in this knowledge!”

Abu Umamah reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Whoever recites the ‘verse of the Throne’ after every prescribed prayer, there will be nothing standing between him and entry into Paradise but his death.”

The Messenger of Allah – SallAllahu alayhi wa sallam – said: “O Ibn Aabis, shall I tell you about the best protection used by those who seek it. He said: Yes, O Messenger of Allah. He(sws) said: “Say, I seek refuge in the Lord of the daybreak.” and ‘Say, I seek refuge in the Lord of mankind.’ It is included in these two surahs.” [Abu Dawood]

Self ruqya treatment plan below:
Recite all these verses Surah Fatiha, Surah Falaq & Naas you can also add Surah Taha 68-70, Araf 117-121 and Yunus 81:82 (verses mentioning nulifying the magic Moses and Pharoah story) do this for 30 minutes a day with the intentions above, then blow into your hands and wipe your body, and blow into water, olive & blackseed oil and honey. Mix the honey with Water you recited on, drink on an empty stomach daily, drink olive oil, and wipe it over your body before bed. Drink blackseed oil unless you have low blood pressure, then don't as this lowers blood pressure, then just rub it on your body. Drink the water and bathe in the water as much as you desire. Continue until you don't react to ruqya diagnosis anymore.

Recite ayatul Qursi before bed for protection as the hadith of Ramadan and ayatul qursi mentions (look it up) and last 2 verses of surah baqarah at night, and surah falaq and naas 3x each morning and evening whether afflicted or not prevention is better than a cure. Pray Salah and Repent daily!
