Ingredients:
Dough:
100g butter (3½ oz)
100 g powdered sugar (¾ cup + 1 tbsp)
2 eggs
150 g all-purpose flour (1¼ cups)
1 teaspoon Baking powder
pinch of salt
1 tsp cocoa
1 tablespoon milk
cherries

Cream:
250 g mascarpone (1 cup + 2 tbsp)
200 ml 30% cream (¾ cup + 1 tbsp)
50 g 30% sour cream (3 tbsp + 2 tsp)
100 g powdered sugar (¾ cup + 1 tbsp)

Chocolate:
100 g chocolate (3 ½ oz)
50 ml 30% cream (3 tbsp + 1 tsp)

Cream:
100 ml 30% cream (⅓ cup + 1 tbsp)
topping cherries

Baking pan diameter: 28cm x 18cm

Bake: 180°C / 356°F 15 minutes on top/bottom heat
