Commemoration is the best ad-clear LMG in Destiny 2, and it's not even close IMO! Killing Tally and Subsistence is actually ridiculous, and there are even other solid rolls that will keep you alive. There are a lot of options for machine gun ad clear, but this trait combination is one of a kind and it really stands above the rest.
