Ho, ho, helicopter landing! Santa's reindeers were resting up for the holiday, so Kris Kringle made an aerial arriving to Mass General for Children via Boston MedFlight Dec. 21 for a pre-Christmas visit. For the last decade, Santa – known any other day as Michael Lessard, a MedFlight Equipment Retrieval operator – has capped off MGfC’s holiday celebrations to the delight of thousands of children over the years.

With much to do before the big night, MedFlight's express flight to the North Pole will give Father Christmas plenty to time to ready his traditional transportation.
