In this video, I talk about Kia Soul maintenance items I have noticed so far on our 2020 KIA Soul EX. Some items are basic maintenance but some are just strange. The strange thing is with KIA Soul is leaving the vehicle sit for 20 min after the first start up after changing the oil to get a accurate reading of the oil level. The other is the issue of how the air filter must be change more often to keep the engine running right. On big maintenance item on any KIA Soul is doing a intake cleaning on the GDI engine. Because the gas is direct injection into the cylinder this cleaning is necessary to keep the engine running properly.
