3 month Postpartum update. How I have been navigating adding a third kiddo to the mix. Trying to figure out who I am / going through self discovery again. Also realizing I am my own worse enemy sometimes when I create unwritten RULES for myself to follow and get upset when I don't meet those expectations. Feeling weird about going back to work (or not going back). A bit all over the place today but I am laying it all out there.
