Today we have another property in the town of Montecilfone, Molise, which is located less than 20 minutes from the city of Termoli and the beach.
This is a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom house with a garden and a stone ruin.
The main house is move-in-ready. All services are connected. It has been kept well and immaculately clean.
The stone house at the back would be an amazing project. With its own entrance and garden.
You can choose to keep the back (ruin and garden) separate or join the main house and the back by creating an opening towards the back of the kitchen.

We are not real estate agents, however we love Italian properties and small towns, and we would love to see these towns revived by people coming here, moving permanently or having a holiday home.
