This Shrimp recipe is a quick light meal that you can prep for only 15 minutes or less. Easy weeknight dinner and sure you will love this with any side dish you want. This Browned Butter Maple and Garlic Shrimp recipe that tastes like restaurant gourmet with half of the effort and maximum taste! On your table less than 15 minutes with no marinating effort!

9 Ingredients

Seafood
* 1 lb. Shrimp (16/25 count), peeled and deveined

Produce
* 1 or 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
* 4 Cloves garlic, minced

Condiments
* 2 tablespoons low - sodium soy sauce
* 1/2 Maple syrup

Baking & Spices
* 1/2 cup of Salted butter
* 1/2 teaspoon Salt
* 1/2 teaspoon Ground black pepper
* 1 teaspoon Garlic powder

Oil & Vinegars
* 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Steps:
1. Pat dried the shrimp make sure there is no excess moisture into the shrimp, to prevent the shrimp from just steaming over the oil. Transfer the shrimp into a mixing bowl, season with salt, pepper and garlic powder into the shrimp. Mix all the ingredients until the shrimp are fully coated.

2. Over medium high heat skillet add 1 tablespoon of Olive oil. Pan sear the shrimp leaving a space in between shrimp, Cook the shrimp 3 minutes on each side or until the shrimp looks crispy cook.
Once cooked transfer them to a plate and wait for the others to cook.

3. In another new skillet heat butter over medium heat. Melt, stirring occasionally for about 3 minutes, or until the foam settles. The butter will change in color to golden brown.

4. Mix the maple, lemon juice, soy sauce and garlic into the butter. Cook and stir for 1 minute, or until the garlic is fragrant.

5. Pour half of the browned butter maple over dipping size bowl. toss in the cooked shrimp until the sauce are fully coated into the shrimp. Garnish with green scallion, transfer into a serving plate over steam rice! Serve and Enjoy!
