In this video Kate and I head down the Goose River Trail in Fundy National Park in Alma, New Brunswick!

It's a great trail to hike or run, you can camp out and the end of the trail on a beach beside the Atlantic ocean, or turn around and run back!

It's around 9-10km's in and the same back out for about a 19km run.
