Jorge Pardo, considered one of the greatest Spanish flutists and saxophonists of the time, visited Berklee Valencia to share his invaluable knowledge and experience with the students of the contemporary performance (production concentration) program. Through a series of master classes, students were able to learn from Pardo’s unique musical vision and techniques.

An accomplished self-taught musician, he has had the opportunity to play with other great musicians such as Paco de Lucía, Camarón de la Isla, and Chick Corea, building an impressive career that has allowed him to take his art around the world for many years. In 2013 he was recognized by the French Jazz Academy with the Best European Jazz Musician Award.

Every year Berklee Valencia invites a selection of international industry-leading professionals and sought-after artists and musicians to provide students with an intimate and inside perspective of the music industry.

By giving students access to a first-class and diverse roster of professionals, Berklee Valencia creates an environment that develops well-rounded professionals, helping them to take the next step in their careers.
