In this video we take the 2023 Chevy Silverado 2.7 and 5.3 V8 and tow a roughly 6,700 lbs trailer around the same loop. Both of these trucks have within a 200 lbs towing rating of each other despite having very different powertrains. Does one accelerate quicker than the other? Not really.
