Silver Lake is mostly residential area with a big man-made lake.
This area well-known as LGBT area along with Echo Park. pretty tough.
Also Highland Park is the similar. tough.
But there are multiple developments that have been launched within few years, getting more people and capital coming in.
These area are getting better and better, little but step by step.
