Do you want to lose weight or just eat healthy? Then you've come to the right place with this bread. It consists almost entirely of healthy kernels and a few oatmeal.
It is so filling that you usually only manage 1-2 slices.
This is how bread should be, tasty, healthy and really filling. Without preservatives, you know exactly what's in the bread.
Best of all, the bread stays crisp and fresh for many days. Simply wrap in a cloth, then place in a haversack, bread box or drawer.
And it's quick to bake too :)
Just mix a few ingredients, let them swell, knead, bake, done!

Ingredients.
300g mixed seeds (e.g. pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame)
230g rolled oats
20g ground flaxseed
20g chia seeds
18g psyllium husks
2 tsp salt
500ml of water
