Hey Food Box HQ Family! Today we're unboxing, taste testing, and reviewing Baked By Melissa. We ordered a box of their "Latest & Greatest Cupcakes" so we can test out some of their most popular flavors.

One of the things I really love about Baked By Melissa is that the size of the cupcakes allow you to snack on multiple different flavors without feeling like you're overindulging. To be honest, I'm not a huge fan of traditional cake or cupcakes for that very reason. I usually take a few bites and I'm done because it's either too sweet or too rich to finish. That being said, because these cupcakes are "mini", you can just pop one in your mouth. It's simple but genius!

The one downside is that these are not exactly cheap. We paid $43.15 for one batch of 25 mini cupcakes. While delicious, because of the the pricing, it really makes the most sense as a gift or for a special occasion (such as a holiday).
