I've transformed this property twice. As I recall, the guy has a health problem and has difficulty maintaining the yard. The first time I transformed his yard, I could see that he was maintaining it regularly as his property is in my route, so I do see him from time to time working on the yard. Then I saw it starting to get neglected again, so I offered to do it the second time. I could see that he tried very hard to keep up, but if I were to assume, I guessed he's not feeling too well again.

I drove past the property, and it's not looking good again. I know most will think I'm enabling the bloke, which is understandable, but I can't help but think that something may be wrong with his health again. Let you know what you guys think in the comment section.

The weather for the past weeks hasn't been great, so I haven't been able to do any yard work lately. Hopefully, I get to work this week and tend to all my clients and work on some transformation.
