Years have passed since the riders of Berk last saw a dragon, and Hiccup wants to teach the new generation of Vikings about their gentle and friendly nature. He organises a play for Snoggletog, the winter holiday, but things don’t go exactly as planned—though the message still gets through.

Hiccup and Astrid discover that their children have developed a fear of dragons. They decide to show their kids the importance of these creatures to vikings.
