Join us while we escape a Texas Wildfire! After 4 months of work camping in Glen Rose, TX we were really excited to escape the oppressive heat and hit the road.

Unfortunately, our departure didn’t go to plan as we had to evacuate on our last night at the campground. We ended up getting to bed at 3am, and needless to say, we felt rough the next morning. Sasha and I took off at noon, which was too late to make it to our original destination.

We had friends living in Dallas who invited us over, and we were happy to spend some time with them and get a better night’s sleep. The next day we finally took off and after many miles ended up in Arkansas, a state we haven’t yet explored.

We also talk about our Hellwig BigWig Sway Bar, visit some friends and make some new ones (including some geese:)
