- DJ Moore sounds off on the Justin Fields trade and Caleb Williams. Moore told 670 The Score that he was surprised when Ryan Poles decided to trade Fields, but called the move “the business of it all”. He also was asked about Williams as the potential #1 pick and next Bears’ QB. His advice for Williams was to “get ready to work”.
- Joe Alt Pro Day: The Bears had at least 4 members at Notre Dame’s Pro Day including OL Coach Chris Morgan who was helping put Alt through drills. Alt is arguably the top OT prospect in the 2024 NFL Draft and could be a Bears draft target with the #9 pick. Ryan Poles said earlier this offseason that he believes in Braxton Jones, but acknowledged that upgrading at LT or bringing in competition is a real possibility.
- D’Andre Swift ready to be a playmaker: The new Bears’ RB spoke publicly for the first time since signing with Chicago on Day 1 of NFL Free Agency. He said he’s a team-first guy that’s ready to win and that he can be a playmaker for the Bears offense.
