How to tie a "Bowline on the Bight.

Some years ago, we did a fairly popular video on how to tie a bowline on the bight, but a number of folks had a hard time with it, and found it slipping for them when tying it incorrectly.

I thought I'd revisit the video and see if I can make the instructions clearer so that everyone can be successful with this useful, secure, and actually fairly easy knot.
