Dyne is a 1v1 fight for Barret, just like in the original. You'll need to utilize the piles of scrap for cover during the first two phases of the fight, and then try your best to kill the tentacles in phase 3 before they deal too much damage. Equip Barret with both Fire and Cure and you'll be set!
