The customer won't pay because he is not happy with the floor sanding and refinishing work that has been carried out on his herringbone parquet hardwood floor. The trouble is, the quality of the work is absolutely shocking as you can see in the video. The customer, Hilal, found me on YouTube and contacted me to share his concerns about the work and get a second opinion.

This was late 2019. In early 2020 Hilal commissioned me to put the work right. Unfortunately, all of that footage is saved for the next video, as I wanted to tell this story first!
