I am not one to disclose a company, especially a small business. You have probably seen this individual marketing carbon fiber parts for the Genesis G70 and Kia Stinger platforms. The Genesis G70 is his new target for sales.

As most of you know, I've set up a ton of ppl with many parts, and I've never disrespected anyone. If there was an issue with whatever it was, I took care of it and went beyond for customer satisfaction.

I reached out to Vivid Visual (KiaStingerChannel) on Instagram, looking for some level of sponsorship on these new parts prior to purchase. They gave me a 20% off the lineup and even ended up using my vehicle on their page. In return, I would advertise and give my followers a 15% off discount code. This was with the future end result of perhaps being able to carry their products as part of our portfolio to help them grow and as well cater more parts for the community on our end as a dealer.

However, that took a negative turn once I received my products. I ordered only the trims for the center and doors. I did this exactly to test the waters. The product arrived with the 3M pre-installed, but they seem to have been infused, baked, or painted over it. This causes the 3M to be useless.

I reached out to them on my disappointment and dissatisfaction as any customer would. He offered to send a new 3M. I accepted.

I then started to try to remove the old 3M in preparation when the new one arrived, but it was as painful as I thought it would be. After 1 hour of trying, I gave up. Then I thought to myself, "I shouldn't have to do this no matter how much I paid for them." And to think I needed to do this to a bunch of other panels was just miserable. So I reached out again, and I guess it just went sideways that he had the audacity to disrespect me multiple times. Not once did I disrespect him, but somehow things were taken out of context, I guess. I also reached out to Freddy Castro to see his experience, and it was the same as far as the overall experience of the product goes. It was just not done right.

I am posting the entire conversation from beginning to end with Vivid Visual. Y'all make your own judgments, but no business should treat customers this way regardless of who is right or who is wrong. I'd definitely stay away from this company entirely. Don't buy from them!
