Steak and mushroom pasta recipe:
Fillet steak / tagliatelle pasta / mushrooms / cream / beef stock cube / salt / pepper / garlic granules.

Honestly just winged it all to be honest! But for the sauce I just melted some butter and cooked the mushrooms - about 120ml cream, pasta water, garlic granules, salt, pepper (also added a lil chili flakes) added some beef stock (made up with water) and added some parmesan cheese... just chucked this all in and let it simmer! Cooked/drained the pasta and added this. Seasoned the steaks and did 1 min 45 sec on each side (depends on the size of steak!) - we like ours medium rare. Then finished with some tenderstem brocolli!
