Quick video providing the details necessary to replace the blower motor on a 2010 or 2011 or 2012 Lexus HS 250h.

A lot of people suggest to remove the panel underneath the glove box to gain access to the blower motor but only part of this is true. from what I can tell you need to remove the black panel at the very bottom and not the panel directly below the glove box.

Using a bendable mirror similar to what dentists put in your mouth, I was able to locate the three screws to remove them. from there. the blower motor was able to be pulled down and unclipped. from there. it was a matter of clipping back the new connection into the new unit, then placing it in the same vicinity as it was oriented before you removed the bad one.

Bacause this space is so tight and my head is so huge the mirror was a necessity messing I didn't have to get on my back and contort myself in some awkward position on the passenger side floor later requiring chiropractic visits to undo the damage.

By the way, most people will spend about $250 on this part. I was able to get it on sale at my dealership for $215. Imagine a dealership would charge $500 or more to do this... follow my tips and you can get it done in 15 minutes and save $300 bucks.
