Laura and I have been together for 7 years now and to show Laura that I appreciate her, I am making a metal rose inspired by the enchanted rose from our favorite movie, Beauty and the Beast.

To have a fully bloomed rose, I traced these petals on a sheet of stainless steel and cut them out.

Using a fork as the stem, we layered each petal and welded them in place.

This was one of the easiest, yet challenging sheet metal projects. There's no single way of how to weld a metal rose, you can make it however it feel best :)
