Last week, The Queen hosted BBC's 500 Words finalists and their families, alongside some special celebrity guests, for an exciting event at Buckingham Palace to award young authors with the coveted prize.

Her Majesty addressed guests in a speech, which aired on BBC The One Show for a World Book Day special on 7th March 2023.
