Shalhevet High School students researched and filmed this short documentary on the housing crisis in LA.They interviewed tenants, landlords and housing advocates to explore homelessness, rent control, the Ellis Act and other issues impacting the increasingly expensive LA housing market and it's implications for the future of LA.
