Cucumber seeds have a slimy jelly like substance surrounding them. I'll show you how to easily save the seeds without all that yucky jelly looking stuff that surrounds them. It's very easy to do, as you will soon see when you watch the video.
One this that I would offer is to not rush the drying process. Give the seeds as much time as they need to fully dry before storing them.
