2 Eggs
pinch of Salt
1/2 cup Sugar (115g)
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/3 cup Vegetable Oil (75 ml)
2/3 cup Vanilla Yogurt (160g)
Zest of 1 Lemon
Juice of 1 Lemon
1 cup Flour (220g)
3 teaspoons Baking Powder (14g)

Bake in preheated oven at 356F (180C) for 40 minutes
