RECIPE: Amaretto Sour
1.5oz (45ml) Amaretto
.75oz (22.5ml) Bourbon
.5oz (15ml) Simple Syrup
1oz (30ml) Lemon Juice
1 Egg White

Garnish: Lemon peel & Optional Cherry

INSTRUCTIONS:
Add ingredients into shaker
Dry Shake (No Ice) for 30 seconds
Add Ice & Shake for 8-10 Seconds
Strain over ice or up
Garnish with lemon peel and cherry
Enjoy!
