This was the "Spooky" Catalyst mountain bike race at SIU's Touch of Nature in Carbondale, Illinois, on October 28th, 2023. It was a cool and wet morning for some fun in the woods. I participated in the 2-lap Sport category on my new Specialized Stumpjumper full suspension mountain bike. It was a messy ride, but I stayed upright and finished the race!
