It was incredible to have a chance to hang out with Chef Hari Nayak (  / harinayak  !

Today we’re first going fishing - and we actually caught a few groupers in the morning. Then we headed back to the hotel where Chef Hari made a Kerala style fish curry and also we had one fish with sashimi, which was phenomenal.

Later that evening we had dinner at Baraabaru, the Indian restaurant at Four Seasons Resort Maldives at Kuda Huraa. Chef Hari and Chef Krishan. We had one of the best butter chickens I’ve had, ghee roasted chicken wings, and a real highlight was the coast to coast fish, with half of the fish dedicated to Bengali spices and the other half to Kerala.
