The plaintiff says the defendant is her son’s girlfriend. After the defendant moved into the plaintiff’s home, the defendant and the plaintiff’s son were caught having sex, so the plaintiff kicked the defendant out. Before kicking the defendant out, the plaintiff reportedly placed her son’s girlfriend on a family cellphone plan, but the defendant failed to pay her portion of the bill and the plaintiff is suing. The defendant claims she saw the plaintiff as a mother figure but is countersuing for emotional distress.
